Laura leads 7-week Positive Intelligence programs offered by the CEO and Founder, Shirzad Chamine. If you aren’t familiar with Shirzad, he’s the author of the New York Times best-selling book, Positive Intelligence, and a Stanford lecturer. He's taken his breakthrough research in neuroscience and the data he’s collected from over 500,000 people to create a 6-week program that helps people rewire their brains for more happiness and success.
Laura also offers this same group for just divorcees.

NOURISHING SELF IN 2024

Join a small group, 4-6 people, or create your own group, to explore and create actionable steps towards a healthy you. Laura will be facilitating the group in the following ways: Offering relevant discussion topics, handling logistics, ensuring balanced participation and discussion flow, & sharing learning and coaching strategies.

Guided Book Club

First Luv All Book Club - For women!

Join a tribe of like-minded women wanting to explore relationships, connect to their inner Sage Goddess, and actively go after their desires!

Create your tribe or 3-5 friends, or sign up solo and join others, for this journey into sisterhood. Laura will be customizing and deepening the content by bringing in her coaching tools.

MENTAL FITNESS & SABOTEUR WORKSHOP

Learn the foundations of Mental Fitness AND begin using the tools right away! Uncover what gets in the way of being mentally fit ~ Time to get close and intimate with the sabotaging elements in your life. Learn what these Saboteurs are all about, AND what to do about them so that you can remove obstacles to your fulfillment, happiness, and success.

  • Prior to this workshop participants will complete the 3-minute Saboteur Assessment.

    During the workshop you will not only become clear on what it means to be mentally fit, you’ll get up close and personal with the sabotaging elements in your life. Both individually and in small groups, participants will gain a better understanding of the various Saboteurs and their impact on the various aspects of living.
